JetSNAPPED Copyright & DMCA Policy

JetSNAPPED complies with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") (17 U.S.C. § 512). As a service provider, JetSNAPPED is entitled to safe harbor protections for user-submitted content, provided that it responds expeditiously to valid copyright infringement notices.

If you believe that content on JetSNAPPED infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification containing the following information:

• Your full legal name and contact information (email address and/or mailing address)

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed

• The exact URL or location of the allegedly infringing material on the platform

• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law

• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, JetSNAPPED will expeditiously remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.

JetSNAPPED may notify the user who posted the material that it has been removed or access has been disabled.

If you believe that your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

• Your full legal name and contact information

• Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal

• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification

• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your judicial district

• Your physical or electronic signature

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, JetSNAPPED may restore the removed material, unless it first receives notice from the copyright owner that legal action has been filed.

JetSNAPPED reserves the right to terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright.

Any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled through mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.

Photographers retain copyright ownership of all photographs they create and upload to the Platform.

By uploading photographs, photographers grant JetSNAPPED a license to display and distribute photographs through the Platform, as described in the JetSNAPPED Photographer Agreement.

JetSNAPPED may update this Copyright & DMCA Policy from time to time.

Updated versions will be posted on the Platform with a revised effective date.
