JetSNAPPED Photographer Agreement
Last updated: Version 1.0 — Effective Date: March 4, 2026
This Photographer Agreement governs participation by photographers on the JetSNAPPED platform known as JetSNAPPED, LLC.
1. Independent Contractor Status
Photographers ("spotters") participate as independent contractors.
Nothing in this Agreement creates employment or partnership.
Photographers are responsible for:
• Equipment
• Transportation
• Taxes
• Operational costs
2. Eligibility
Photographers must:
• Possess appropriate photography equipment
• Demonstrate aviation photography experience
• Comply with aviation safety regulations
JetSNAPPED may approve or remove photographers at its discretion.
3. Accepting Photography Requests
Pilots may request coverage of aircraft movements.
Photographers may choose whether to accept requests.
Accepting a request means the photographer will make a reasonable effort to capture photographs of the requested aircraft movement.
Photographers acknowledge that successful capture is not guaranteed.
4. Aviation Compliance
Photographers must comply with:
• FAA regulations
• Airport authority policies
• FBO rules
• Local laws and governing bodies
Photographers must photograph aircraft only from lawful public locations or authorized areas.
Photographers may not capture photographs for JetSNAPPED while located on, within, or accessing a military base, military installation, or other restricted military property.
This restriction applies regardless of whether the photographer otherwise has access to the property and applies to both photographs uploaded for standard sale through the Platform and photographs captured to fulfill an on-demand photography request.
Photographers may photograph military aircraft from lawful public locations outside of military installations, provided that doing so is permitted by applicable law and does not violate any applicable photography restriction, security requirement, or instruction from military, airport, law enforcement, or other authorized personnel.
Photographers must not accept or attempt to fulfill an on-demand request if fulfillment would require entering, accessing, or photographing from within a military installation or other restricted military property.
Photographers are solely responsible for determining whether a photography location is lawful and permitted before capturing photographs.
5. Photographer Responsibility for Risk and Insurance
Photographers participate on the JetSNAPPED platform as independent contractors and are solely responsible for their own conduct while performing photography activities.
Photographers are responsible for determining and maintaining any insurance coverage they consider appropriate for their activities, including but not limited to equipment insurance or personal liability insurance.
JetSNAPPED does not provide insurance coverage for photographers and assumes no responsibility for:
• Photographer equipment loss or damage
• Personal injury
• Property damage
• Violations of airport or aviation regulations
Photographers acknowledge that aviation environments involve inherent risks and agree that JetSNAPPED shall not be liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from photography activities performed by photographers using the Platform.
6. Photo Delivery
Photographers are responsible for editing and delivering images within a reasonable timeframe.
For On-Demand Photography requests, Photographers are expected to fulfill the request within seven (7) calendar days of the applicable capture date. A request is considered fulfilled when the resulting photographs have been uploaded to the JetSNAPPED Platform and made available to the requesting customer for purchase or download.
If a Photographer is unable to fulfill an On-Demand Photography request within this timeframe due to circumstances outside of their reasonable control, the Photographer should notify JetSNAPPED as soon as reasonably practicable.

7. Payment Processing and Commission
Payments for photography requests and photo purchases are processed by Stripe.
Stripe collects payment from pilots or purchasers and distributes funds according to the marketplace payment structure.
Under this structure:
• Stripe distributes the photographer's share of payment
• Stripe distributes JetSNAPPED's commission to JetSNAPPED
JetSNAPPED does not hold or manage user funds. Payment timing depends on Stripe processing.
Photographers may elect to designate eligible on-demand offerings or photographs as "Pay What You Want." By enabling this option, the Photographer authorizes purchasers to select the amount they wish to pay, subject to any minimums or restrictions displayed on the Platform, and acknowledges that the resulting payment may be lower than the Photographer's standard pricing. Applicable Stripe payment processing fees and JetSNAPPED platform fees will apply to the selected purchase amount in accordance with the fee structure applicable to the transaction.
By accepting photography requests, listing photographs for purchase, or enabling Pay What You Want pricing through the Platform, Photographers acknowledge and agree to JetSNAPPED's applicable platform commission and payment structure.
Photographers are responsible for any taxes owed on earnings received through the Platform.
8. Platform Subscription Features
JetSNAPPED may offer subscription services to pilots that allow them to upload flight schedules and receive notifications when their aircraft are photographed.
These subscription services are separate from the on-demand photography marketplace.
Photographers are compensated only for photography requests accepted through the Platform.
9. Intellectual Property
Photographers retain copyright ownership of all photographs they capture.
By uploading or submitting photographs through the Platform, Photographer grants JetSNAPPED a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and modify such photographs for any lawful business purpose, including marketing, advertising, social media, and promotional use. When Photographer's photographs are used for marketing, advertising, social media, or other promotional purposes, JetSNAPPED will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide visible credit to the Photographer by name or username whenever practical and technically feasible.
This license survives termination of the Photographer's account or participation on the Platform.
10. Anti-Circumvention / Non-Poaching
